A .67 BELGIAN FLINTLOCK SEA SERVICE PISTOL, CIRCA 1820, no visible serial number, with 9in. barrel, the lock of rounded form plain and unmarked and fitted with a swan-neck cock, brass mounted full walnut stock with flat oval butt-cap with fixed lanyard ring, this model of pistol is made without provision for a ramrod giving the pistol a quite distinctive look, the stock with numerous dents and bruises commensurate with use, a 3 in. sliver missing from stock on underside of forward edge of lock
