WEBLEY FOR ARMY & NAVY, LONDON
A .450/.455 SIX-SHOT TARGET-REVOLVER, MODEL 'WG TARGET', serial no. 21849,
for 1914, with blued 7 1/2in. barrel, ramp and blade fore-sight, drift adjustable notch rear-sight, the top of barrel signed 'ARMY & NAVY CSL LONDON', blued break-open frame with quick-release fluted automatic ejecting cylinder, spurred hammer, chequered trigger, chequered walnut flared grips (left toe chipped) and lanyard swivel at heel, strong amount of blued finish remaining

Provenance: This revolver was sold to Lt. Col. Cecil Mortimer Pitts-Tucker of the Highland Light Infantry via the Bombay depot on 18 Aug 1914. Sadly Pitts-Tucker was killed in action on the 20th December of the same year
