for 1959, 30in. nitro barrel, the rib engraved 'WEBLEY & SCOTT LTD. BIRMINGHAM', the tubes engraved 'S.R. JEFFERY & SON LTD. GUNMAKERS. GUILDFORD & SALISBURY', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and full choke, sculpted toplever, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, fine acanthus scroll engraving with some ornate foliate bordering, retaining some original colour-hardening and finish, 14 5/8in. well-figured stock, bolstered fore-end wood, weight 6lb. 8oz.
