with brushed bright 29 3/4in. barrel, fore-sight integral with the twin-banded brass nose-cap, no provision for rear-sight, solid top-tang, the breech with off-set nipple-boss, plain lock with radiused pointed tail, walnut three-quarter stock with light-weight brass furniture and 11 1/4in. butt, two barrel-bands and iron ramrod, lug for bayonet at muzzle
