Italian proof dated for 1937, 27 1/2in. nitro barrels with 7mm solid matt top-rib, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/2 choke and true cyl., hold-open toplever gold-inlaid with a pigeon, manual safety, cocking indicators, border, bouquet and scroll engraving, the underside engraved with the makers details and 'BREVETTO "1936", 14 5/8in. stock including 1 1/8in. wooden extension, weight 6lb. 14oz.
