A 20-BORE INDIAN MATCHLOCK TORADOR MUSKET CIRCA 1840, no visible serial number, 44 in iron barrel having a flared muzzle, and centre punched inscription in Hindi,, near the breech, side pan cover missing, decorated iron reinforcing plates, full wood stock with carved and decorated tiller butt, the barrel secured to the stock by four bands made up of copper wire, in quite good condition and an interesting of piece of Indian and Raj history
