circa 1860s, with 30 in. barrels marked 'JOHN BLISSETT & SON, 322 HIGH HOLBORN LONDON', on top rib, clean walnut stock with chequered fore-end and wrist and circular white metal escutcheon engraved with the head of a unicorn, border and scroll-engraved locks marked 'JOHN BLISSETT & SON', all furniture cleanly engraved, barrel-break lever handle shaped around trigger-guard, 47 in. overall
