circa 1900, with octagonal 33 1/4in. barrel, fore-sight on broad dove-tail, rear half of barrel with dove-tail for rear-sight (missing), plain signed dropping ramp under-lever action, walnut butt-stock and fore-end, Swiss-style heel-plate and double set triggers
