THE REMNANTS OF A CONVERTED PURDEY 16-BORE ROTARY-UNDERLEVER HAMMERGUN, n.v.s.n., circa 1850, 31in. black powder barrels (pitted), rib engraved 'CONVERTED BY HENRY. EDINBURGH.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. in both, rotary underlever, left hammer broken and damaged with poor braised repair, stock smashed and mostly missing (with some pieces in a bag), triggerguard (with non-functioning grip safety, some elements contained within aforementioned bag), fore-end missing (as I am sure are many other components), overall in very poor and relic condition
