A COLLECTION OF FOUR INDO-PERSIAN KNIVES, all late 19th to early 20th century, the first with deep 5in. blade decorated with white metal inlays and fitted with a horn hilt. in a modified leather scabbard from another dated '1915', the second of narrow stiletto form with false damascening to the 5 1/2in. blade, in a leather scabbard, the third with curved watered 9in. blade and hilt with mother of pearl inlays, also with a leather scabbard and the last with curved 6 1/4in. blade fitted to a silver nielloed faceted hilt, no scabbard (4)
