dated for December 1915 with narrow single edged and blind fullered 35in. blade, sheet iron bowl-style handguard with rolled edge painted olive green, composite material chequered 'pistol-grip' hilt and domed iron pommel, complete a period iron scabbard signed 'MOLE' and dated September 1914, fitted with twin fixed suspension rings
