circa 1910, with octagonal 29 1/2in. barrel counter-bored at muzzle, the top-flat signed in white-metal 'E.H. SICK IN GUNZBURG', dove-tailed raiser block for fore-sight, moulded dove-tail for a rear-sight and raiser block for an aperture sight at wrist (no sights present), partially concealed Martini-style dropping ramp action with dipped sides and quick release feed-ramp, walnut half-stock chequered at the wrist and with large applied Tyrolean cheek-piece, Swiss-style nickel-plated heel-plate, complex finger-spurred trigger-guard bow forming the under-lever, double set triggers and plated swivels, blind crack to fore-end wood
