circa 1863-64, with round 7 1/2in. barrel (expertly restored to full length), plain cylinder with recessed nipples, solid frame with flat spring retaining catch for cylinder, the top-strap originally signed 'FREEMAN'S PAT DECR. 9 1862' over 'HOARD'S ARMORY, WATERTOWN N.Y.' alongside the sighting groove (only partially legible), single action trigger-mechanism, smooth flared working replacement horn grips and articulated under-barrel loading lever, cleaned and stained finish
