circa 1795, with iron 9in. barrel, solid top-tang, radiused lock with pointed tail, traces of a 'B' within a diamond stamp forwards of the hammer, brass pan, walnut full-stock (repair to right side of fore-end) with iron furniture including back-strap, pommel, guard and short twin band nose-cap (fixed with a spring-bar), side-mounted belt-hook and iron ramrod
