A RARE .177 BARREL-COCKING AIR-PISTOL, MODEL 'MKII TARGET', serial no. 29814,
circa 1930, with 7in. blued rifled barrel, pull-back barrel release catch, adjustable rear-sight, blued air-chamber, the right hand side marked 'WEBLEY AIR PISTOL MKII (TARGET MODEL)' over 'A.F. STOEGER INC' together with 'NEW YORK', 'SOLE U.S. AGENTS' and 'USA PATD JULY 7 1925', the left side with 'BRITISH PATENT 219872' and 'WEBLEY & SCOTT LTD BIRMINGHAM & LONDON', frame with adjustable trigger, rotating safety catch to the left hand side and fitted with smooth walnut grip-plates, the left hand example inlet with a 'winged bullet' medallion, excellent condition with much original finish
