A RARE .22 CO2-POWERED AIR-PISTOL, MODEL 'GP22', serial no. G2846,
for 1953, in loose imitation of a Luger 'P08' service pistol, die-cast construction with single-shot toggle action, 'P22' marking cast in receiver with a 'G' stamp to the front, safety catch forwards of the trigger, aperture for carbon dioxide bulb in the grip, black bakelite grooved grips, much original finish but faded on high spots
