circa 1970, with 2 1/2in. black enamelled barrels (some loss to finish) signed 'COLT', silver gilt brass frames (gilding worn thin), walnut birds-head grips TOGETHER WITH their original black leatherette display box lined in red velvet, the inside of lid with inlaid celluloid 'Colt' medallion, the outside of lid depicting one of the pistols together with a gentleman in Victorian dress, The 'Colt' logo and the legend 'Lord Deringer'
