for 1909, with 4 3/4in. sighted barrel, blued receiver, the breech stamped with a Swiss cross within a shield, blued toggle with knurled cocking-pieces, the top stamped with the 'DWM' monogram', blued frame with grip-safety, chequered walnut grips, much original finish remaining including 'straw' to the ancillaries, correct magazine, in a later fitted wood case and a spare (later) magazine
