circa 1880, early model with probably shortened 4in. barrel, pinched blade fore-sight, standing notch rear-sight, traces of manufacturer's address and patents to barrel, blind fluted cylinder, open iron twist and pull frame, mottled brown chequered hard rubber grips and older faded re-finish
