S.W.', (faint), gold-inlaid '1' and '2' at the breech ends, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 3/4 and full choke (No.1), true cyl. and 1/2 choke (No.2), self-opening actions with removable striker discs, toplevers gold-inlaid '1' and '2', automatic safeties with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' details, best fine floral bouquet and acanthus scroll engraving, the undersides engraved 'HENRY ATKIN FROM PURDEY'S', brushed and blued finish, 14 5/8in. figured stocks (No.2 a replacement), weight 6lb. 15oz.
