circa 1880, with black enamelled 21in. barrel section (not including the detachable nose-cap), small blade fore-sight, standing notch rear-sight, concealed button trigger and key-way for cocking, detachable shagreen-covered butt-shaped air-reservoir, 40in. overall assembled; together with a later pine box adapted for this air-cane and including a key, mould, stirrup-pump and valve removing tool
