COOPER PATENT', no visible serial number, circa 1845, with fully fluted 3in. barrel cluster, rounded signed and scroll engraved iron action, smooth bag-shaped grips and under-hammer with ring-trigger mechanism, in a possibly period but re-lined and compartmented walnut case, overall length of pistol 8in.
