circa 1902, 28in. replacement nitro chopperlump barrels (circa 1937, numbered 8426,) the rib engraved with Boss & Co. Albermarle street address (faint), 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/4 choke, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, rolled-edge triggerguard, fine acanthus scroll engraving with floral bouquets, the action bar engraved 'BOSS'S PATENT' to each side, ejectors require attention, brushed bright finish overall, 15in. highly-figured replacement stock (possible splice at hand), weight 6lb. 11oz., in a lightweight leather case with a second fore-end (does not operate ejectors)
