A BOXED .22 UNDER-LEVER AIR-RIFLE, MODEL 'AIRSPORTER MKV', serial no. GJ5584,
manufactured between 1971-74, with blued 18 1/2in. barrel, plasticised ramp fore-sight with tunnel protector, plasticised adjustable rear-sight, blued air-chamber with model name washed in gilt fill between the machined telescopic sight rails, black enamel-finished trigger unit, plain pale beech half-stock with open-ended fore-end, ventilated rubber recoil pad and blued flush-fitting under-lever, the whole in unused condition in it's maker's card carton finished in grey hessian effect with polystyrene inner tray complete a period 'BSA' 4x20 boxed telescopic sight and instructions for the rifle

Provenance: Prospective buyers should note that BSA air-rifles from this period along with some other manufacturers products can suffer from degradation of seals and washers. Because of its external condition, this rifle has not been tested for functionality
