29in. nitro chopperlump barrels, ribs engraved 'J. PURDEY & SONS. AUDLEY HOUSE. SOUTH AUDLEY STREET. LONDON. MADE OF SIR JOSEPH WHITWORTH'S FLUID PRESSED STEEL', and '1' and '2' at the breech ends, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 3/4 choke in all, No.1 right wall at 18, treble-grip actions with hidden third bites, removable striker discs, toplevers engraved '1' and '2', automatic safeties with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' details, cocking-indicators, articulated front triggers, best fine acanthus scroll engraving with floral bouquets, retaining traces of colour-hardening and renewed finish, 15in. ink-enhanced replacement stocks with matching fore-ends, weight 6lb. 7oz.
