Provenance: The makers have kindly confirmed that the guns were ordered on the 15th September 1918 by a Lt. Robin d'Erlanger as 12-bore single trigger guns, replacing a previous order for gun numbers 6389 / 90
Literature: The vendor kindly informs us that he purchased these guns from avid gun collector and author Kjell Hallbing (1934 - 2004)
Kjell Hallbing is best known for his Texas Ranger (and US Marshal) character Morgan Kane, lead character in a series of 83 books, written under the pseudonym 'Louis Masterson'
