LONDON.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/2 choke, treble-grip action, removable striker discs, the toplever gold-inlaid 'EVANS PATENT SINGLE TRIGGER', automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, profusely engraved with bold arabesques and scrolling acanthus, interspersed with floral motifs, pins reblued, 13 3/4in. stock with scroll engraved steel heel and toe plates, weight 6lb. 10oz., in its makers lightweight tan leather case
Provenance: The makers have kindly confirmed that this gun was completed as one of a pair in June 1906. The gun is recorded as being sold to an 'L. Levick'
