A 7.65mm(.32ACP) SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET PISTOL, MODEL 'HSC', serial no. 953731,
circa 1946, with 3 1/4in. barrel proved 2007, blued, sighted slide marked with the 'Mauser' banner and ' MAUSER-WERKE AG OBENDORF A N' together with the model designation and calibre, French military inspectors mark to trigger-guard, two-piece walnut chequered grips and original magazine, the whole retaining virtually all its original finish.
Provenance: This pistol was one of approximately 15,000 produced in the Mauser factory under French occupation after World War Two for issue to their own troops for the Indo-China conflict
