for 1962, 28in. nitro chopperlump barrels with file cut ribs, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and full choke, No.2 left wall at 17, will require re-fitting to actions;
extra barrels dated 1987, 28in. nitro reproved chopperlump barrels (in 1995) with file cut ribs, 2 3/4in. chambers, multichokes to right tubes (no spares) and full choke to left tubes, slightly bent and with some bulging;
treble-grip actions with hidden third bites, side-clips, removable striker discs, automatic safeties, hand-detachable lockplates, cocking-indicators, Holland & Holland style self-opening systems, articulated front triggers, rolled-edge triggerguards, bold acanthus scroll engraving, retaining traces of original colour-hardening, 15 1/2in. stocks, No.1 with repair to right underhorn, left springing, No.2 cracked and repaired at head and including 5/8in. wooden extension, weight 6lb. 14oz.
