for 1912-13, with blued heavy 7 1/2in. tapering barrel signed by the maker and with patent dates to 1905, block fore-sight with pinned blade, dove-tailed windage adjustable rear-sight, blued solid frame with fluted swing-out blued cylinder, blued chequered double action trigger, polished sides to the blued hammer, chequered back-strap and chequered walnut grips with inlet 'Colt' medallions, the whole retaining the majority of its original finish
