REMINGTON & SONS, ILION, NEWYORK U.S.A.' over 'NEW MODEL', crescent fore-sight, sighting groove to the top-strap, under-barrel loading lever, plain cylinder with separate end-plate, solid frame with blued trigger and hammer, smooth factory mother of pearl grips and plated brass trigger-guard bow, the whole retaining a strong amount of original nickel-plated finish
