for 1934, 32in. nitro barrels, the broad rib engraved 'C. S. ROSSON & CO. NORWICH.', 4in. chambers, bored approx. extra full choke in both, the barrel loop with Webley & Scott number 114367, large treble-grip action with angled dolls-head third bite, side bolsters, removable striker discs, automatic safety with engraved 'SAFE' detail beaded border and acanthus scroll engraving surrounding game scene vignettes of geese in wetland settings, retaining very slight traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 14 3/8in. figured semi-pistolgrip stock including 1in. ventilated rubber recoil pad, weight 12lb. 7oz., in its brass-cornered leather case with some accessories
