A RARE .450 (No.2) SINGLE-SHOT BACK-POSITION MATCH-RIFLE, MODEL 'WEBLEY-WYLEY', serial no. 3366,
circa 1885, with blued round 33 1/4in. heavy barrel, block fitted with a worm adjustable tunnel fore-sight with spirit-level attachment, no provision for rear-sight, colour hardened slab-sided receiver with sideways hinged breech and semi concealed central hammer within the feed-ramp, walnut chequered pistol-grip butt-stock fitted with a folding vernier sight at heel, ribbed end to butt, horn cap to grip, chequered walnut fore-end with moulded horn tip, the whole retaining much apparently original finish, 50in. overall, weight approximately 9 3/4lbs.
