A PARRYING or 'LEFT HAND' DAGGER,
possibly mid 17th century Italian, with straight tapering 10 1/2in. blade, narrow square-cut central fuller, the ricasso with two additional outer square cut fullers, thickened point, plain cross-guard with symmetrical turned down short quillions, faceted leather grip with possible wire underlay and raised central ridge and faceted iron bun pommel
