30in. nitro barrels, solid tapered matt top-rib scroll-engraved at the breech end, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, hold-open toplever, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail and integral triggerplate release catch, the action and furniture profusely engraved with bold acanthus scrollwork, the decorative sideplates finely engraved in Bulino style with scenes of pheasant on the left, woodcock on the right and the underside with a covey of partridge, the sides of the action gold-inlaid with the makers name, the underside gold-inlaid with the model designation, the triggerplate signed 'S. BETTINSOLI', bright finish overall, 15in. boldly-figured pistolgrip stock (cast on for the left shoulder) with engraved steel pistolgrip-cap and including 7/8in. rubber recoil pad, weight 7lb. 15oz., in a Franzen nylon slip and with spare mainsprings and strikers
