CARL EICKHORN, SOLINGEN
A GERMAN HUNTING ASSOCIATION HANGER WITH ETCHED BLADE,
possibly mid 1930s, with 13in. single-edged spear-point blade etched with hunting scenes and game on each side, bronzed hilt with downturned shell guard decorated in relief with oakleaves surrounding a swastika in high relief, the cross-guard with vertically recurved quillons terminating in hoof finials, natural staghorn grip, pillbox pommel carved and mounted with an acorn finial, complete in original green leather scabbard with bronzed mounts
