LONDON.', the knox form with the calibre designation, block mounted open sights with folding leaf sight and marked '50, 200, 150 and 350', ramp-mounted bead fore-sight with folding protector hood, the receiver mounted with a Zeiss Diavari ZA 1,5....6x42 telescopic sight, serial no. 1532714, in quickly-detachable mounts, matt top receiver ring, solid side-wall engraved with the serial number, polished recoil blocks, hinged straddle floorplate engraved '4 CARTRIDGES' with push button release, the housing with 'MADE IN ENGLAND', highly-figured pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece, colour-hardened steel pistolgrip-cap (with trap), sling swivels, 14 1/2in. pull including 1in. rubber recoil pad, weight 8lb. 3oz.
