circa 1984, with mirror-blued 18in. barrel, black crackle-finish tunnel fore-sight with interchangeable elements, integral elevating and windage-adjustable rear-sight, the left hand side protector stamped 'PAT PENDING REGD DESIGN', the right hand side with maker and model details, mirror-blued bolt housing railed for a telescopic sight, mirror-blued air-chamber, beech pistol-gripped half-stock with rubber ventilated recoil pad and colour-hardened trigger with black crackle-finished trigger-guard bow, the whole appearing in unfired condition together with its maker's original card carton depicting the rifle together with the Sterling Armaments revolver, submachine gun and assault rifle and polystyrene packing pieces
