A GOOD .455/.476 SIX-SHOT REVOLVER, MODEL '1896 WG ARMY', serial no. 13168,
circa 1914, with blued 6in. barrel, ramp fore-sight with nickel blade, sighting notch to the stirrup-latch, blued fluted automatic ejecting cylinder, break open frame, brushed bright ancillaries and chequered walnut flared grips, the whole retaining much original finish and complete with a period full-flap leather service holster dated '1917'
