Almost certainly produced in Belgium but with Birmingham proved octagonal 4 1/2in. barrel, dove-tailed fore-sight, plain cylinder with arabesque scroll engraving over each of the six chambers, borderline engraved open iron frame with further arabesque scroll engraved accents, external sear spring, spurred double-action only hammer, guarded trigger, plunge ejector, chequered walnut bag-shaped grips and lanyard ring at heel, minimal traces of finish, 10 1/2in. overall, weight approximately 1 3/4lbs.
