circa 1900, the 26 1/2in. narrow blade with deep blind fullers to both sides, the top face etched with panels of scroll and signed 'TOLEDO' (some pitting), the underside etched with similar scrolls and marked at the forte 'J. MORY ARMURIES, florally embossed brass collar with concealed release button (traces of gilding) and crooked horn handle, natural bamboo scabbard, 36 1/2in. overall
