Other Notes: When the Titanium range of air-rifles was introduced by Falcon it was hoped that the new technology would raise the companies lagging sales. Unfortunately, Falcon went into the hands of the receivers, partly due to the high manufacturing costs, before enough had been made to reverse their fortunes. Claimed at the time to be one of the most accurate production air-rifles, the combination of a Lothar Walther barrel and precision titanium machining bore out this statement when a T-Bird became the first air-rifle to shoot a 60 ex 60 on a UK field target shoot. Costing between £700-800 new in 2006, it was hoped to make the T-Bird in a number of models, as shown in the catalogue that accompanies this lot. It is believed however that the magazine fed repeater never reached actual production, only existing in prototype form.
