A GOOD CASED .32 (RIMFIRE) HOPKINS & ALLEN SINGLE ACTION RANGER NO. 2 POCKET REVOLVER, serial number 7943,
circa 1880, 2 3/4in. sighted barrel the top stamped 'PAT MARCH 28 1871', the grooved top strap marked 'HOPKINS & ALLEN MFG. CO. / RANGER NO 2', fluted five shot cylinder, sheath trigger and two piece rosewood grips, excellent condition, retaining most of its nickel finish, contained in a later red velvet lined and continental-styled fitted mahogany case with empty cardboard box for cartridges
