A 10-BORE (2 5/8IN.) ROTARY-UNDERLEVER DOUBLE-BARRELLED HAMMERGUN, serial no. 1801,
circa 1874, 30 7/8in. nitro reproved bold damascus barrels (slightly shortened), rib engraved 'Wm. NEEDLER. MAKER. HULL.', (likely refreshed), 2 5/8in. chambers (67mm), bored approx. true cyl. and imp. cyl. choke, sculpted Jones patent rotary underlever, carved percussion fences with button strikers, rebounding sidelocks with ornately carved hammers, fine feathered border and acanthus scroll engraving, 14 3/8in. highly-figured replacement stock, fore-end with sculpted horn finial (light damage) with Anson 1873 patent release, weight 7lb. 10oz.
