29 1/2in. nitro reproved barrels with raised tapered matt top-rib, gold-inlaid '2' at the breech end, 3in. chambers, Teague multichokes (with spares), hold-open toplever gold-inlaid '2' and pierced with a floral design, top tang gold-inlaid with the serial number, automatic safety with integral barrel selector switch, rolled-edge triggerguard, the action and furniture very finely engraved with scrolling acanthus interspersed with floral bouquets, the lockplates finely engraved in bulino style with game scenes of woodcock and duck, the underside with partridge, the triggerplate signed 'inc. Dan Cortini', the triggerguard initialled 'RSPH', bright finish overall, 15 3/8in. highly-figured pistolgrip stock including 1/2in. leather covered recoil pad (minor crack at hand), weight 8lb. 2oz., in its Beretta leather case with paperwork including its Premium Guns certificate dated for 2007
