A 20-BORE SELF-OPENING ROTARY-UNDERLEVER SIDELOCK NON-EJECTOR, serial no. 13880,
26in. sleeved nitro reproved barrels (sleeved to 20-bore smoothbore from a .450 black powder express rifle) with raised file cut rib, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, spring return rotary-underlever, the fences exquisitely carved in relief with stylised scrolling acanthus on a finely matted background, automatic bolted safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' and 'BOLTED' details, arrow cocking-indicators, fine acanthus scroll engraving with floral bouquets, retaining very slight traces of original colour-hardening, 15in. well-figured pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece, engraved steel pistolgrip-cap and steel buttplate, weight 6lb. 13oz.
