LONDON.', the knox form engraved 'SIGHTED FOR RIGBY'S SPECIAL HIGH VELOCITY .275 BORE CARTRIDGE POINTED BULLET 140GRS.', block mounted open sights with two folding leaf sights, white metal inlaid sight lines and marked for 100, 300 and 400 yards, ramp-mounted bead fore-sight, forward quickly-detachable sight mount base (the rear removed), receiver ring engraved WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER OBERNDORF (and a number, obscured by plug), receiver with thumb cutout and serial numbered 2858 to the side, detachable floorplate with military style release, semi-pistolgrip stock with sling eyes,14 5/8in. pull including steel buttplate, weight 7lb. 6oz.
