THE MAJOR PIECES OF A SCARCE SET OF GERMAN WORLD WAR ONE M1917 TRENCH ARMOUR,
comprising of an M17 steel helmet (liner and chinstrap missing) complete with a reproduction detachable brow plate, an original breast-plate with shoulder hooks, the back of plate with canvas straps and felt pads (some renovations) suspending a further two belly-plates, the final third groin plate absent, fair traces of original dark green paint present
