A SCARCE .710 FLINTLOCK RIFLED SERVICE-MUSKET, SIGNED 'G.B.', MODEL 'CHARLEVILLE TYPE', no visible serial number,
traces of a date possibly '1819' at breech, with rifled iron 41in. barrel, dove-tailed blade fore-sight, solid top-tang, plain lock of military form with brass pan, walnut full stock with dished cheek-piece and iron furniture, all iron pieces marked 'G.B.' below a small Guelphic crown (possibly indicating Belgian manufacture) and cup-ended iron ramrod
