MANTON 12-BORE STOCKLOCK EJECTOR, serial no. 3329, Belgian-made, 27 1/2in. nitro barrels (bore measurements very marginal), the tubes engraved 'MANTON & CO. CALCUTTA AN DEHLI' (sic, worn almost illegible), 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 1/4 choke, treble-grip action, the lockwork fitted in the head of the stock in sidelock configuration with dummy sideplates, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'S' detail, border and acanthus scroll engraving, 14 3/4in. stock (cracked at hand) including distressed 3/4in. rubber recoil pad, sling swivels, 6lb. 8oz.
